Vehicles in Germany's Town Discovered Smeared with Swastikas in Human Blood, Police State

Authorities reported they were contacted by a man who noticed a automobile in Hanau smeared with reddish liquid

Approximately 50 automobiles have been marked with what seems to be human blood in the Germany's town of Hanau close to Frankfurt, as reported by law enforcement.

Vehicles, exterior walls and mailboxes were defaced, sometimes with prohibited symbols, they stated in a official communication.

Law enforcement say they were alerted during the night on Wednesday night, when a resident observed that a vehicle in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been smeared with a reddish liquid.

The liquid had been placed in the form of a banned symbol, they stated.

Police then located multiple other vandalized automobiles and residential walls in the nearby vicinity.

Swastikas are illegal in Germany under regulations banning the public display of Nazi symbols.

Law enforcement say initial examinations indicate the substance was probably blood from a person.

"Currently there is no clue as to where it came from; officials are presently not aware of any injuries in connection with the occurrence," they commented.

Municipal representatives announced they were working "to unravel the case" and have appealed to the residents for details.

An important representative said the attack rendered him stunned and had to be resolved promptly.

"This act strikes at the very heart of Hanau and reawakens the trauma of the far-right attack five years ago," he wrote on online, referring to the murder of nine victims by a gunman aiming at people of immigrant origin in 2020.
